The aim of our company：Make the high strength, light weight and high temperature calcium silicate board more energy efficient, more environmentally, more fire protection, and better protection of thermal equipment in order to improve the process control.

Our company has more than 20 years experience in producing the calcium silicate boards; we are the first company in China use the “glue twice in high temperature and high pressure synthesis” new technology to produce the high strength light weight and high temperature calcium silicate board. Because of our factory use the new technology and use the steam can reach 400 degree, so we should get the calcium silicate board more flexural strength and higher temperature limit, smaller thermal conductivity. The highest temperature limited can reach to 1150 degree, 100 degree more than other factories use the ordinary technology to produce the boards. The flexural strength can reach to 0.7mpa--1.5mpa, 0.4mpa--1.5mpa more than other board, and the thermal conductivity is 0.03 W/mk, 0.01 W/mk less than other board, so that our board improve the effect of energy saving and improve the service life of the products. The high strength light weight and high temperature calcium silicate board is our patent product, the number of our patent is 201210251692.8 and 201210251695.1

● Plant personnel

The company's factory covers an area of 33000 square meters, of which the building area is 12000 square meters. There are a total of 54 employees and 7 engineering and technical personnel, including 3 professor level senior engineers and 3 intermediate professional titles. The company's technical personnel have strong research and development capabilities and complete product testing methods, and are recognized as a "high-tech enterprise" by the Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Commission. In recent years, based on market demand, we have independently developed high-temperature hard calcium silicate insulation panels, high-strength hard calcium silicate insulation panels, and high-strength low conductivity hard calcium silicate insulation panels.

● Manufacturing equipment

(1) 10 sets of raw material processing equipment and 2 sets of batching systems;
(2) 16 sets of pre gelatinization equipment;
(3) 16 key high-temperature and high-pressure synthesis kettles (33m3)
(4) 10 forming presses, including 6 large presses weighing over 600 tons
(5) 4 drying kilns (65m) for product drying and 4 matching heat exchangers, 600 drying trucks
(6) The company cooperates with Huadian Power International Longkou Power Plant, and the 400 ℃ Superheated steam is sufficient. It is the best energy source for producing xonotlite thermal insulation materials for synthesis and drying. Moreover, it is not affected by environmental factors and can achieve long-term stable production.
(7) 2 sets of fully automatic processing equipment

The above equipment is the most advantageous and advanced in the same industry in China. The company's fully automatic hydraulic forming machine has obtained a national design new patent, and the flatness and dimensional accuracy of the products produced are the most advanced in Asia.

● Test equipment

(1) Raw material and ingredient detection system; Two sets of analyzer and particle size analyzer respectively.
(2) 4 high-temperature box type resistance furnaces (including 1 at 1650 ℃) and 2 hydraulic universal testing machines for product performance testing.
(3) One PBD-12-4P flat thermal conductivity instrument.
(4) 1 DF-1000E spectrometer.

Our company can conduct self testing on the control parameters of incoming raw materials and outgoing products.

Our company has a registered capital of 10 million yuan, strong technological strength, and advanced production processes. We produce five series of hard calcium silicate thermal insulation products, including high-strength, ultra-light, high-strength, ultra-light, low thermal conductivity, high-temperature resistance, and standard types.
