Our company has led the development of the standard T/CNIA0015-202 * of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association for the use of hard calcium silicate insulation boards for aluminum electrolytic cells. Due to the use of patented technology and the synthesis of high-temperature and high-pressure steam above 400 ℃, the high-quality hard calcium silicate product obtained has high heat resistance temperature, high flexural and compressive strength of the same specific gravity, and low thermal conductivity. The maximum heat resistance temperature can reach 1150 ℃, which is 200 ℃ higher than the heat resistance temperature of products produced with ordinary production technology in China. Density 300 ± 10% kg/m ³, The flexural strength can reach 1.5MPa, the compressive strength can reach 3.2MPa, and the compressive strength of the same specific gravity has increased by 1MPa. The high-temperature linear shrinkage is 1000 ℃ × 3h ≤ 1.0900 ℃ × 3h ≤ 0.7, without deformation after high temperature, with minimal strength loss. After high temperature, the compressive strength G400 is greater than 3.8MPa, G300 is greater than 2.2MPa, G300 thermal conductivity 400 ℃ hot surface ≤ 0.045W/m.K, 600 ℃ hot surface ≤ 0.06W/m.k, 800 ℃ hot surface ≤ 0.08W/m.k. When used in electrolytic cells, this product can lower the bottom temperature of the cell by more than 10 ℃, save more than 3% of electricity consumption compared to using other materials, and improve the service life of the electrolytic cell, In 2017, we conducted on-site tracking and testing at Xinjiang Agricultural Sixth Division, and experts have demonstrated that our efficient and energy-saving operation can ensure the service life of the electrolytic cell for 8 years. Used at the bottom and side walls of the roasting furnace, it can reduce heat loss. G400 # hard calcium silicate insulation board, due to its high heat resistance temperature, high compressive and flexural strength after high temperature, and long-term heat erosion without deformation, can bear and protect refractory equipment, making the refractory body stable. Used on electrolytic cells, it can improve the service life of the cells. Due to the thermal conductivity being less than 0.05W/m.K at 200 ℃, less than 0.065W/m.K at 400 ℃, less than 0.075W/m.K at 600 ℃, less than 0.095W/m.K at 800 ℃, and less than 0.11W/m.K at 1000 ℃, it can save a lot of electricity and energy in the electrolysis industry. When used in the fire protection industry, our company's products have a fire resistance limit of up to 6 hours. Our company has obtained national invention patents for this technology (patent numbers: ZL201210251692.8, ZL201210251695.1, ZL201320598589.3). Standard density ≤ 200kg/m ³, Compressive strength ≥ 1.1MPa, high-temperature line change 1000 ℃ * 12h ≤ 1.5, thermal conductivity 400 ℃, hot surface ≤ 0.05W/mk. Nanometer hard calcium silicate insulation board with a density of 135-230kg/m ³, Compressive strength> 1.0MPa, thermal conductivity 400 ℃ ≤ 0.036W/m.k, high-temperature line change 1000 ℃ * 3h ≤ 1.5%. High temperature resistant density 300 ± 10% kg/m ³, High temperature line change of 1050 ℃ * 24h ≤ 2%, compressive strength ≥ 2.4MPa, thermal conductivity of 400 ℃, hot surface ≤ 0.045W/mk.
