The traditional insulation materials for steel ladle are mainly asbestos rubber board,high aluminum fiber insulation board,insulation felt,etc.,which have poor insulation effect and pollute the environment.With the rapid development of nano materials and technology,the composite reflective surface insulation board with high ultra-low temperature strength,low thermal conductivity,low Heat capacity and strong thermal stability has been successfully developed.It can simultaneously isolate heat conduction,heat convection,and heat transfer,making it a type of insulation material with excellent thermal insulation effect,safe and environmentally friendly.The pores of the composite reflective surface insulation board are average,and the vapor molecular structure can be evenly stored in the middle of the huge particle pores,with clear thermal insulation performance.It has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity and high transmittance,which effectively blocks the Thermal motion of vapor molecules.Its thermal conductivity is lower than that of traditional inorganic or inorganic thermal insulation materials,or even smaller than that of moving air.

1.The Principle of Thermal Insulation of New Thermal Insulation Materials

The advanced formula and production process of the composite reflective surface insulation board enable the material to block the movement of vapor molecules,reduce thermal conductivity,and isolate thermal insulation transmission.The insulation performance improves the development of traditional insulation materials by 3-4 times.

1)The heat transfer of convective vapor is mainly prevented by convection.The molecular structure running at a higher speed on the ultra low temperature side collides with the molecule running at a lower speed on the continuous high temperature side,and the heat transfer is stopped step by step.Because the pores of nano porous silicon micropowder are tiny and its pore diameter is smaller than the uniform free path of vapor molecules,the vapor molecular structure can be evenly stored in the middle of the huge particle pores,and the vapor is difficult to generate thematic activities,effectively blocking the Thermal motion of vapor molecules.

2)When conducting heat,the cross-sectional area and contact area between the particles of thermal conductive nano porous silicon powder are smaller,and the thermal conductivity is naturally much smaller than that of ordinary insulation materials.The thermal conductivity of nano porous silicon powder ranges from 0.016W/m·k to 0.024W/m·k,making it a very low thermal insulation material.Aluminum foil with a thickness of only 6-10m and a thermal conductivity ranging from 0.038W/m·k to 0.042w,m·k,is a very good insulation material.3)The insulation and transmission composite reflective surface insulation board is composed of nano SiO and aluminum foil.The double-layer aluminum foil has the heat transfer effect of the reflective surface,with a transmittance of over 87%,thus achieving the best insulation performance of the composite reflective surface insulation board.

2.Construction Technology of New Thermal Insulation Materials

The construction process of asbestos rubber sheet has low strength,poor bending ability,and is prone to cracking during pasting,which cannot fit well with the aluminum shell.During construction,coarse fiber dust is often released and floats in the air,continuing to form purification and harm the health of employees.The composite reflective surface insulation board can be bent,which is conducive to engineering construction and closely and firmly fits the curved aluminum shell.The thickness is ordered according to the process standards,and several layers of composite reflective surface insulation boards are also accumulated and bonded.Due to the aluminum foil wrapping,there is zero pollution during the construction process,
