Normalization assurance of production control for manufacturing quality inspection basis and inspection records, customer files

Overview of each process control:

Our company is an ISO9001 certified enterprise and will strictly control production according to the procedure documents of each process. Please provide a brief description of each procedure document.

① Raw material control documents: 30 tons of lime 1 and lime 2 are each considered as one incoming batch, with CaO content and particle size measured. Quartz 1, quartz 2, and quartz 3 are sampled for composition, content, and particle size testing. After passing the inspection, they are stored and labeled in a centralized manner. 500 tons are considered as one production batch for storing raw materials, and 1000 tons are considered as one storage batch. The raw materials are to be put into production to ensure uniformity and stability. Only qualified raw materials can enter the factory, and unqualified materials can be returned.

② Control documents for ingredient gelation: a. Strictly measure ingredients according to the ingredient process sheet and conduct laboratory confirmation; Strictly follow the gelation instructions to ensure the parameters of the pre reaction;

③ Synthesis control documents: synthesis process guide book, slurry solid content control guide book, and control of synthetic slurry

④ The molding control document is produced according to the molding instructions to control the density and keep it within the control range.

⑤ Process inspection, sampling every 4 tons, testing various physical parameters, transferring qualified products, and labeling unqualified products.

⑥ Packaging inspection procedure document: Conduct batch by batch sampling inspection, record, and test each parameter to ensure that they are controlled and labeled separately. Those that do not meet the parameter requirements shall not be packaged.

⑦ Customer files are archived based on process inspection batches, and the quality status of each batch is clear;

⑧ Packaging process documents, packaging products that meet quality requirements according to packaging specifications, and packaging materials that meet quality requirements can only enter the factory.
